I am the Marketing Assistant for Great Wall Design & Textiles in Hong Kong. Our company is looking for an international well-known fashion retailer. Here are the details of our company:

Great Wall Designs & Textile was established in 1994. Our head office is based in Hong Kong which has 45 employees, and our factories are in Shenzhen, Zuhai which have 750 employees. Therefore, we can produce 30000 garments or 125000 kg of fabrics monthly.

Our products include Casual and Sportswear which range from Polo shirts, cardigans, sweaters, jeans, jackets, T-shirts to shorts, and men’s and women’s Underwear. The materials we used are cotton, cotton mix, knitted and woven, linen and tencel. Our clients include Polo, Pringle, Giordano, Bossini etc. Our R&D term provides 140 styles and 8 product ranges every season. The designers of our company are all the graduates oh HK PolyU.

The product prices and details are enclosed into this letter. And the minimum order is 600 garments or 175 kg. We require L/C payment terms at sight, and payment should be by T/T. For a large initial ordering, we would be able to offer a 10% off discount.
