On the behalf of our company Great Wall Designs & Textiles, I (would like to promote our product lines to you) am a marketing assistant who would like to promote our product lines to you.

As it is the first time to write the letter to you, let me introduce our company first. Our head office is in Hong Kong while our factories in Shenzhen and Zuhai.We have been manufacturing for over10 years and have a workload of 750 which is 45 in Hong Kong. Our factories have the latest equipment and we are actively involved in R&D which we feed back into our products. We do 140 styles and 8 product ranges every season. And all of our designers are graduated at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Regarding our product range, we are producing casual and sportswear like polo shirts, cardigans, sweaters, jeans, jackets, T-shirts, shorts ,or even men’s and women’s underwear. Because of our wide range of production line, our clients include many famous retailers in US and UK like Polo, Pringle, Giordano and Bossini, etc.

Since we have a comprehensive team and a wide range of products, our capacity is 30000 garments or 125000kg of fabrics monthly. We accept the order with the minimum of 600 garments or 175 kg.

As we know that your company is quite famous in foreign countries, we hope that we can establish a long-term relationship.
