Dear Ms Chan

Thank you for your letter of 24 October enquiring about our products. I am pleased to inform you that we are able to meet your requirements.

Our company has a production line of ramie, ramie cotton mixes, linen and silk running at the moment. So we are able to provide you with the fabric you need. Also we can supply you with different colours like blue, beige, maroon and olive green.

The price of each fabric is US$3.00 per metre with a minimum order of 100 metres. And the weight available in each fabric is 195 gram per square metre. About the delivery terms, we do not have oversea delivery at the stage. We only provide local delivery and it charges 10% of the price. Once you have placed an order, we will be able to send you the products in two weeks time. For a large order, we would be able to offer small discount on the price per metre.
